Pleased to meet you! I'm Vanessa, founder & inspirer of by Vie.
In 2023 I decided to start my own company to do the things that really give me joy and meaning in life. And that is inner work, awareness and clearing ballast.
At first glance, these seem to be two quite different subjects, but they are not. My personal goal in life is to live as lightly and freely as possible, with as little burden as possible. And from this goal I have decided that I can bring my two passions together because they work complementary, and one does not have to exclude the other.
Lighter living by Vie
I have long been searching for who I am in essence, what my dreams and desires are, how I want to be in life and what I need for that. This meant (and still does) that I started personal inner work more than 15 years ago.
Little self-confidence, fear, anger, and sadness have accompanied me on my path for quite a long time. As a sensitive & vulnerable child and human being these were difficult, painful, and persistent companions but at the same time they were also very fascinating (whaaaat??? ;)) and instructive. Because they have ensured that I am now in a different way in life and can live my life the way I want to.
At some point I made a choice: am I going to continue this way or am I going to do things differently? Because I knew and felt that there was more, that another way was possible and that only through awareness and firm inner work was I going to be able to live my life in a different way.
I love purity, honesty, authenticity and sincerity, light, space, nature, inspiration, beauty, high energy, engaging conversations, learning, and growing. I love seeking what suits me, what serves me for my growth and letting go of what no longer suits me. Is it always fun and easy? Nope! Is it worth it? Oh yes !
What is my personal goal ?
Living as the best version of myself, being animated, turning my dreams into reality. And for me that means living and creating a life in as much freedom as possible in all possible ways: emotionally, mentally, physically, financially, and spiritually. Creating a beautiful life for myself and for and with other people who feel like walking a similar path.
What is my goal for by Vie ?
My goal is to explore together what it takes for you to create a light, sparkling, spirited and happy life. So that you become even more yourself, experience more joy and lightness, get more energy, and have more fun in life.
